Intro Offer Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The Intro Offer is strictly available to new clients of Recovery Culture only.
Clients who have previously purchased any membership, session pack, or used promotional offers are not eligible.

This offer is limited to one per person and cannot be repurchased.

Single Location Access

The Intro Offer is valid for use at Recovery Culture Mount Isa only.

All bookings must be made through our official booking system and are subject to availability.

Activation & Expiry

The Intro Offer is activated on the date of purchase or first booking (whichever occurs first).

The offer is valid for 14 consecutive days, after which it will automatically expire.

Unused time or sessions do not roll over beyond the expiry period.

Unlimited Access (Fair Use Policy)

During the 14-day period, clients may book multiple sessions, subject to availability.

• Multiple sessions per day are permitted

• All sessions must be booked individually

• Bookings are monitored under a fair use policy to ensure access for all clients

Recovery Culture reserves the right to limit excessive or unreasonable usage.

Service Inclusions & Exclusions

The Intro Offer includes access to selected Recovery Culture services, including:

• Infrared Sauna

• Ice Bath / Cold Plunge

• Compression Therapy

Exclusions may apply, including:

• Premium or private services

• Future upgraded experiences or specialty sessions

Recovery Culture reserves the right to modify included services at any time.

Non-Refundable

All Intro Offer purchases are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage.

Non-Transferable

This offer is for individual use only.

It cannot be:

• Shared

• Transferred

• Used by multiple people under one account

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

• Sessions must be cancelled within the required notice period

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions

Failure to attend a session does not extend or pause the 14-day period.

No Extensions or Pauses

The Intro Offer runs on a fixed 14-day period.

It cannot be:

• Paused

• Extended

• Modified

This applies regardless of:

• Illness

• Work commitments

• Travel

• Missed bookings

After the Intro Offer

Once your Intro Offer expires, you can continue your recovery through:

• Session Credit Packs (flexible use)

• Membership Options (best value)

• Casual bookings (pay-as-you-go)

Our system is designed to give you full control over how you recover.

Usage

Session credits can be used for any individual service or recovery protocol at Recovery Culture Mount Isa.

Credits are flexible and can be applied across services including:

• Infrared Sauna

• Ice Bath / Cold Plunge

• Compression Therapy

• Other available recovery protocols

Each booking will deduct the relevant number of credits based on the service selected.

Expiry

All credit packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• 10 Credit Pack – 12 months

• 15 Credit Pack – 12 months

• 30 Credit Pack – 12 months

Unused credits will automatically expire after this period and will not be carried over.

Clients may receive reminders prior to expiry; however, it remains the client’s responsibility to use credits within the valid period.

Credit Value & Service Adjustments

Recovery Culture reserves the right to adjust service offerings, pricing, and credit values at any time.

Credits will continue to hold value but may be subject to updated redemption rates depending on service changes.

Non-Refundable

All session credit packs are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage.

Non-Transferable

Credits are issued to an individual account and cannot be:

• Shared

• Transferred

• Split between multiple users

Multiple Bookings

Clients may use multiple credits in a single day.

• Each session must be booked individually

• Each booking will deduct the applicable credit amount

• All bookings are subject to availability

Fair Use & Booking Behaviour

To ensure fair access for all clients, Recovery Culture reserves the right to adjust or limit bookings that are deemed excessive, including repeated peak-time reservations.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to Recovery Culture’s standard cancellation policy.

• Sessions must be cancelled within the required notice period

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session’s credit

Failure to attend a session does not reinstate or return the credit used.

Membership Options

Recovery Culture offers 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month unlimited memberships.

Each membership provides access to recovery services for the selected duration, starting from the activation date.

Usage (Unlimited Access – Fair Use Policy)

Members may book multiple sessions per day, subject to availability.

• All sessions must be booked individually

• Access is considered “unlimited” within reasonable personal use

• Bookings are subject to a fair use policy to ensure availability for all members

Recovery Culture reserves the right to adjust or limit excessive usage, including repeated peak-time bookings.

• Infrared Sauna

• Ice Bath / Cold Plunge

Memberships activate on the date of purchase or first booking (whichever comes first).

• 1 Month Membership – valid for 30 consecutive days

• 3 Month Membership – valid for 90 consecutive days

• 6 Month Membership – valid for 180 consecutive days

Memberships will automatically expire at the end of the selected period.

No Pauses or Extensions

Memberships are fixed-term and cannot be:

• Paused

• Extended

• Rolled over

This applies regardless of:

• Work schedules

• Travel

• Illness

• Missed sessions

Non-Refundable

All memberships are strictly non-refundable once activated.

Non-Transferable

Memberships are issued to an individual and cannot be:

• Shared

• Transferred

• Used by multiple people

Fair Use & Booking Behaviour

To maintain a high-quality experience for all clients:

• Excessive bookings or back-to-back peak-time reservations may be adjusted or restricted

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary booking limitations

Cancellation Policy

All bookings must follow Recovery Culture’s cancellation policy.

• Sessions must be cancelled within the required notice period

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions

Service & Pricing Adjustments

Recovery Culture reserves the right to adjust:

• Membership pricing

• Service availability

• Booking conditions

Changes will not affect active memberships already in use, but may apply to future purchases.

After Membership Expiry

Once your membership ends, you can continue your recovery through:

• Session Credit Packs (flexible use)

• Renewed Membership Options

• Casual bookings
